A man was drownin g2 chldren. So a hero went over and shot the attempted murderer.

However police charge the hero with the murder of the man who was about to kill 2 children.

Was him shooting the guy "justified"

the case has been closed for a year, he wasn’t charged of anything. oklahoma law calls it justifiable homocide
