you can do it yourself tbh
open up the brickpack:
for every brick datablock, change the datablock name and UI name, and add "isWaterBrick = 1;" on a line after the ui name
delete the namecheck, if it has one
then rename the pack to like "Brick_Fence_Overlap" or something and then bam ur done.
