I think everyone knows what the boombelt is so I'll talk about the ip ban

whenever anyone joins the server their ip is displayed and it checks that ip against the ips of people who were banned or whatever and bans them if they match

I looked at the two ip bans I found on the forums and didn't find anything that matched what I was talking about

wrong ip banning mod

whenever a player joins the server it displays their ip in the chat
this mod doesn't do that
