No one can join my server?

So I've been hosting recently and players have been having connection problems, telling me that when they try and join my server the ping appears as ---. Hosting worked well before, but now it doesn't seem to work that well. Is something I'm doing wrong?

in advanced the first thing that is there is "port", for instance mine is set to 38000, i really don't know what works for you or other players for that matter so just set it to 48000 or some other number, just keep trying until you get a good one i guess

I've tried port forwarding via advanced yet nothing works. I even tried default addons.

you need to access your router and forward the ports manually on there.
