Something is loving wrong with the american legal system.

You need legit evidence to claim someone has murdered someone and if you made a claim "this guy murdered this woman 30 years ago" no one will bat an eye unless there was hard evidence.

But for rape/loveual assault you can make a claim with almost no evidence and then it becomes a witch hunt.

It's not very complicated. I mean, a man who's been accused of perjury shouldn't be allowed the most prestigious and powerful seat on America's judicial system for the rest of his life, right? But nah, he's conservative, and most of the senate is conservative, so it's ok. Even if in literally a few weeks there's going to be an election that changes all of that.

im pretty sure a decent police officer would take a murder allegation incredibly seriously, while many conservative police officers dismiss rape allegations because of their politics
if you dismiss a serious crime you’re not a good cop. simple as that
