bots do not work when out of minigame

when im out of the minigame active bots will not target players, and bots cannot deal damage/take damage when out of the minigame
is there a way to fix or get rid of this

Kinda annoying that I must be in a slayer minigame just to get my bots to work.

I think if bricks are set to public they will work.
