for a topic to be necrobumped it needs to reach the "too old" limit, and one would need to have the last post
both of those will be prevented by other people posting bumps
tony said that i would necrobump it before it reaches the 2nd page, so in addition to not having any new posts at all for multiple months, it would need to stay on the front page for all of that time, which is ludicrous

also, if i recall correctly, necrobumping doesnt work anymore anyway
