Buy house event prompt won't open in Lord Tony's medieval rpg

Lord Tony suggested I make a Help topic for this. I was invited to test some kind of house buying system. Him and everybody else can buy a house yet I cannot. It worked yesterday but now it refuses. I didn't change anything in options. Please help.
