super old avatar bug is back after over 5 years.

I haven't had this bug for over 5 years but now it's back.
I never figured out what caused it back then, I still don't know what causes it now.
All I can tell you is that I downloaded glass recently.

Do you have a lot of faces installed? This only happens if I have a bunch of face/decal packs installed

no i'm only using default.

I've had this bug for years and re-installing hasn't even fixed it
hope someone knows a solution :I
