turing complete is the ability to simulate any algorithm given. the algorithm of hillary's corruption cannot be simulated by liberal brains as they are incapable of processing such an important feature of politics, therefore they are NOT TURING COMPLETE. take this simple test to determine if you are turing complete:

if your answer was yes... you are turing complete... if your answer was no.... well....
