As ridiculous as this sounds, I feel at this point people should stop giving these sort of people attention. Because what is the point in making a video about it and arguing over whether it's moral or some stuff. These people don't deserve attention there are more things in the world that are worrying rather than some deviants just pretending to be dogs.
Also what the forget is wrong with LA, I'm probably gonna generalize again but when I went there it was just full of homeless people and pot heads who looked like they hated their lives. Not only that but most people I know that obsess over drugs are obsessed over LA itself because they "love chasing clout" or some stuff. LA is some real stuff hole
