I'm having some trouble with them and the letters like they don't appear nor the goggles.

The goggles file is "Item_NVGJP", You should check that. the prints are supposed to be working on some of the blocks. Make sure you marked all the three (Print_1x1_JPrint,Print_1x2f_JPrint,Print_Letters_JP)

what do you mean? im assuming you want the train as a vehicle instead of a train, but the "actual vehicle" is already a vehicle, whats not regular about it?
