Two satellites is hardly a starlink constellation. "I'll believe it when I see it" implies that I don't believe they'll succeed until they have succeeded or are close to succeeding.
i was being sarcastic

Why not just use 4 megasats arranged in a three dimensional triangular synched orbit around Earth?
This.

Is elon high right now? Because holy hell this is dumb.

Oh yeah, im sure its a good idea to have that much satelites in orbit. Im sure it would not impede any rocket launches at all. Also, how do you do physical maintenance on that many satelites?

Oh yeah, and how about upgrades? Good luck upgrading THAT MANY SATELITES.

im pretty sure when rockets take off they know not to hit our own satellites

you are not smart
it takes effort to get near an object in orbit, let alone smash into it

latency

if you had 4 satellites they need to be high up and thats too far away

but if you have 4000 that cover 100km^2 each you can create a high speed relay

the point of this is to compete with broadband because all current satellite internet is so loving slow because they are all geo stationary
