key bindings need help

on my pc i have 8,1 windows i downloaded this game for good memories and i realise when i open, and play blockland i can't go left or use paintcan well i went to controls and i made A to go left and E to use a paintcan so they didin't work and i tryed re-install every time and its still the same. what should i do?

ps: sorry if my english is bad :D

do the A/E work for other things, like the chat?
