edit: There are console commands to unlock all the achievements, or specific ones.

Great, now I can't find a server with less than 6 medics on one side.

All the noob Medics who just play it for the achievements will get bored of it and switch, so everything will be normal soon, maybe some Medics more, but not that many.

The gameplay is way more stupid now, with all the medics everyone is ubercharged..
