Author Topic: Mario Kart Wii ATTENTION: Now with many spoliers  (Read 19108 times)

WOW HOW DID YOU FIGURE THAT OUT?!?

THE BOX ART MAYBE?

This just makes me even more depressed about Excite Truck.

That game would have been awesome with better multiplayer and more attention.

32 race tracks

Well that is new. That is double the number of tracks of every other game, except Super Mario Kart which had 20.
16 new ones and 16 'retro' ones, I think, like in Mario Kart DS.

Has anyone else seen footage of the battle tracks?
THIS IS GONNA BE EPIC

I have seen barley anything.

There's a crapload of stuff on youtube.

Haven't really bothered to look.  I am going to check it out.

Just watched like 15 videos or so.  Greatness.

Now lets see how the US people would like their game being spoilt  for them!  :cookieMonster:

You can't really spoil MarioKart.

Except for hidden characters, you cant really spoil it.

Also there is a steering wheel controller.

As far as I can tell there are 16 retro and 16 new maps. The retro maps this time are redone, some with a few new changes.

Mushroom Cup:
Luigi circuit
a simple straight foward race track
Moo Moo Meadows
a windy road with wandering cows
Mushroom Gorge
a country side track thats main features is a chasm with large mushrooms sticking out.
Toads Factory
A factory with conveyor belts, mud, and moving platforms. One of the trickiest new courses

Flower Cup:
Mario Circuit
a short track with a great straightaway for wheelies, a testy chain chomp, and a very long drift
  to the finish line
Coconut Mall
Multiple paths, wide open spaces, and moving escalators make this mall a unique race track. Miis
  walk by in the background
DK Summit
A challenging Downhill course with a long series of halfpipe-style boost ramps.
Wario's Gold Mine
A punishing roller coaster ride with few gaurdrails to keep you on course

Those are the 8 new tracks we know of.

Oh and theworm, You CAN hop if autodrift mode is turned off.
