Check your grades on individual assignments, if you can. After that I would recommend talking to your professor/teacher about it. Maybe they haven't put in the grades yet, and that's why it shows as a 0. God knows some of my teachers used to do that, scared the stuff out of me.

This. A couple of my teachers also like to mark things as missing before they're even assigned, so it could easily be that as well.
