Basic stapler weapon, shoots about 2 - 3 times per second and does 10 direct damage per staple, shoots like a hugely inaccurate gun with a slow projectile
You can play with this on my school shooting server, it's why I made this

Update: Fixed the typo causing CI_stapler.png to "not exist", redownload here or wait about a day to get the update on Glass
