For anyone who has seen Jeff Golblum in The Fly. When Jeff turns into a fly because of the malfunction error then does the fly turn into Jeff Goldblum?

I need to know this.

I haven't seen it but my mom has mentioned it and doesn't he turn into a fly with a human head and so the fly turns into a human with a fly's head?

Which leads me to believe a fly turns into him

Good question Tony. I was under the impression they were merged into a single being. Pretty awesome movie, gotta love Jeff.

jeff was always a fly. him being human was nothing more than a dream.
