What happened to Support_FastProjectiles?

I don't know what happened to the Support_FastProjectiles Add-on, is it still up or is it gone for good? If it's still up can someone direct me to it? If it's no longer up can someone make a new topic in the add-ons section?

It never got fully released, it was in a beta state and in the modification help board.
