Hello all,
I've been working on two planes for Blockland lately, with a very high focus on detail and interaction/vehicle feedback.
The result is two airplanes that are probably way too detailed for Blockland in their operation.
These would be perfect for a realistic airport RP.
So what's so advanced about these planes?Below is a feature list of each plane:
Cessna 172:- Openable cabin doors (click them)
- Openable cargo door (click it)
- Working and accurate navigation lights
- Working roll control surfaces (this means if you roll left, the ailerons properly change as they would on a real plane
- Same goes for yaw and pitch control surfaces, they all move accurately.
- Animated suspension on the wheels
- Working flaps to slow down (press and hold spacebar)
- 2 flag options, Dutch and Suomi
- Seats 4 blockheads, pilot, copilot, 2 passengers
- Comatible with VEH, you can choose 3 different propellers
- Handles more like a plane and less like a flying wheeled jeep
- DismountOffset support for proper de-seating
The main advanced stuff is in the interior isntruments though:
- Rudder pedals move accurately according do yaw input
- Yoke moves accurately according to pitch and roll input
- Working artificial horizon (yes it does what you espect an artificial horizon to do)
- Interactive, clickable interior light button
- Interactive, clickable landing light button
- Working heading indicator (shows from 001 to 360 in 45 degree increments with 360 being north)
- Working airspeed indicator
- Working fuel indicator (compatible with gasmod)
- Working altimeter
- Working master caution alarm that blinks and yells at you if you're loving up
- Screen that shows you how you're loving up (overspeed, fuel low, stall)

This addon has some dependenciesREQUIRED:
Dismount Offset support - Lets me assign a dismount offset to each seat so you don't exit on top of the vehicle but next to the door
Interactive Vehicle Support - Makes it so you can click doors and buttons to open and operate them
OPTIONAL:
GasMod - Makes it so the planes have a limited amount of gas, works with the fuel gauge
Download:Because I comitted to making sure I use as little textures as possible, the total download for both planes is just under 431kB! As in, both of these addons together are less than half a megabyte.
Cessna 172 download - 178kB (I swear I tried making it 172kB)King Air 250 - 250kB (The King Air 250 being 250kB is coincidental but nice)[/list]
