You can always use static maps for that.

that's actually completely against what the suggestion/request is asking

with the limitations of brick size as thearmyguy mentioned, its easier building it from scratch

plus imo roads that aren't made out of bricks just look ugly

but roads that are built just look so much better then using custom made ones.
