Well, it wasn't a Molotov.
That's clear.
But it's certainly not an "empty coke bottle" either.

Try throwing an empty coke bottle in a plastic bag. It won't move like that.
It was clearly heavy.  And judging by the photo it looks like a brick.

However he was engaging in physical violence.

He may not have been the one who shot at kyle, but he was chasing him in this general area. He heard gunshots. In the heat of the moment, thought the reasonable.
The guy chasing him had shot him, or he was now at a power-disadvantage.

Regardless, 3v1 gun or no guns would result in a justifiable use of deadly force.

holy stuff i love this

yeah, i just picked up my brick from walmart and i don't feel the need to take it out of my shopping bag just yet. way easier to carry this brick in my shopping bag cause it has handles you know? i'll take it out once i get home when i need to use it.

also, gonna paint my brick with a red racing stripe down the side. it'll make my house go faster once i put it into my wall.

and, from my study of physics and the laws of gravity, heavier things fall faster than lighter things. that's why we know its a brick! because it fell faster! if you time me dropping an empty coke bottle versus me dropping a brick, the coke bottle practically floats there. its so light that it doesn't fall to the ground very fast at all
