Player lights stay on death

Whenever a player dies with a light on, the light stays in place and cannot be removed. How do I fix this?

It's likely an add-on that's causing it. You have way too many, and some of them are super old. Some are entirely broken and aren't even loading, you should probably read through the log yourself. Try using a default server (no add-ons), or a clean install entirely.

Try removing Script_AdvanceLightPlus and see if that solves the issue

Go ahead and do what tony said as well. No point in having broken/unloaded addons enabled.

forgot to update but the thing got fixed: weapon_grenades was the problem
