New duplicator has mirror mode if you want a literal upside down world.
If you literally want someone to build a map for you 9 times out of 10 they will tell you to build it yourself.

I want to walk upside down though

Make an illusion by flipping the map upside down with the duplicator, it be no different then walking upside down if you actually make the build fool your eyes.

press alt + right on your desktop it rotates your screen 90 degrees each time
