Does tony drink too little?

Many doctors recommend moderate red wine consumption to improve cardiovascular health. Is tony suffering from poor oxygen levels in his brain? Does tony drink too little? Does tony have a brain clot that he is unaware of?

Thoughts would be appreciated.
