NEVER BEAT IT?!?!? WHO EVEN ARE YOU?!
Majora boss is better than Ocarina of time's for sure.
If we are talking about the 2d loz then Id have to say link to the past. The final boss was somewhat anti climactic (though still pretty hard) but all the mini bosses were actually pretty fun in link to the past.

i've never beaten majora's mask either, i got stuck trying to figure out where the observatory was in the beginning of the game, got really mad and stopped playing
2D LOZ, probably either ALTTP or four swords' final boss, ganon is awesome in both of those games and the music is too

Four swords was fun! Really goes off the radar for most people. For 2d loz I wish I could give the first couple games more credit but being honest they were innovative but not really the "best" of anything in the long run.
