Server is Dead

My server just decided to die and never come back to life.  All of my ports are forwarded correctly and it just keeps showing up as dead and I can't connect to it.

Check your computers IP address with the one that port forwarding is set to. Some routers do not give attached devices the same IP addresses unless you assign them static IP's.

Yep, I checked.  I quadruple checked all the port forwarding, reinstalled, restarted my computer, and it still won't work.
