You cant see it, but the joint where you hold the cake is underneath on a handle, not in the middle of the cake.

Would the food replenish your health like it does in some video games but doesnt heal that much.

I would like to know what the food would do besides eating it.

different foods give different amounts of health, some even take away, like drugs or something.
