Author Topic: Port Forwarding for the Absolute Dummy  (Read 14091 times)

well mine isn't even on the list

Then it might be a modem. Modems, as far as I know, can not forward.

Also I have noticed some people have 2 IP's. It says IPv4 and IPv6. Always use IPv4.

ya i have 2 ips... and i used the IPv4 one... but it is a modem... what can i do?

Now i have my computer Port forwarded and its set up like Badspots guide (and it works fine) but i need to add my brothers computer so he can play. How can i have more than one thats forwarded? And, i do have a default static IP adress on this computer if it matters.

i have no idea whats wrong with my router i've followed like 10 guides. i use to be able to host on vanilla and rtb and those but i bought retail i couldnt so i said ok ill just forward my ports i did i did everything forwarded it my computer and amazingly its still dead if anyone wants to help msn me lombax11@yahoo.com
