Marcem, your profile says that you're 12 years old.  Assuming that is accurate, then the mystery of why everyone is obsessed with boobs shall be revealed to you slowly over the next couple of years.  Try not to argue against them too much right now be cause you will change your mind.

The story for half-life is terrible.  It was tolerable in half-life 1 because in-game cut scenes and scripted events were brand new at the time.  Hell, interactive levers and doors and breakable glass was pretty new too.  The story was just enough to set up a plausible premise for shooting aliens and did not impede gameplay in any way - that was what made it "good".

In HL2, they're hitting you over the head with some god-awful writing that belongs in a direct-to-the-sci-fi-channel movie.  They trap you in various rooms while alex drones on or two scientists that you care nothing about blab back and forth about some bullstuff which eventually boils down to you having to climb through some sewer to flip a switch.  HL2 Ep 2: the moment when alyx sits down on the couch to have a long conversation with her father while I'm locked in the goddamn room = worst gaming moment in recent memory.
