Technically, I got Blockland for free. As for cheapest, I bought some weird game of this old grandpa and his horse killing evil plants for the PS2 for like $2. Oh and I found XIII to be boring. |

BL for free. I can't remember getting anything for under $5, honestly, but I haven't gone out and bought many games that are WORTH anything like that. I got Diddy Kong Racing (when the N64 was popular, mind you) for about $15, I think, and that was a game worth buying. |
