I'm going to be making my new characters in the same servers as last time. My name in BOTH of them will be NikolaiSushi.
It doesn't work. I check the EXP rates and they were the same. The hell?

The exp rates are only 3 times when you are in a group with that friend. That friend cannot be above 60, or equal to 60 I believe. That's why it is best to level two new characters together.
