My top 3 annoyances:
When builds need a somethingX14.
When I type w/and, /and, y/wand, /awnd, or any variation of the sort.
When I accidentally press myscreenshot button and my game pauses for 20 seconds.

Also add that jumping into a vehicle kills you.
