Not old like half-life old, but games with graphics similar to doom older or newer. It just started happening recently, games that are pixelated and have a semi-low fps are starting to physically cause pain in my eyes.

Not happy about it, because I love my :nes:, but it gets a high framerate on mario and tetris so it isn't that bad.

i played marathon on xbox arcade which really made my eyes hurt

Go to the doctor, like now.

My vision is above perfect.

You can't be above perfect smart one.

Actually you can. I saw a (real, it was in a doctor's office) vision chart that had smaller letters where you had to stand further as well, and it didn't say 20/20. I was able to read the whole line.

There is no above perfect, can you read on a molecular scale?

they were made for crappy monitors lol.

ever try to plug that nintendo into a HDTV?
dear god, gives you a headache

the virtual console ones arn't bad on a HDTV

There is an above perfect vision. I have it as well.

I think the problem is when you have a pixelated game with a (constant) low frame rate, you have to shift your eyes a lot just to focus on one area.

if you look at the below text from left to right, while focusing on each one before going to the next bar, you will get what I am talking about;
