This will fail for the same reason that all other clans/clubs/servers that teach modding have failed. You'll get bored of trying to hammer basic scripting principles into the heads of the idiots you're recruiting. They'll get annoyed because they're not learning anything and are gradually being shoved into the background of the clan and they'll leave.
OR
It'll fail because the idiots you're recruiting will catch on to the fact that you actually don't know as much as you let on, and they'll just wind back up at square 1, changing projectile speeds and figuring out that they could be the first person to make an atomic bomb mod by changing the radius damage to 1000000.
OR
You'll go emo again, kick everyone out of the clan because they're not "pulling their weight" and you'll go ranting about how you can do it all yourself because you're a big boy now and so on. Then you'll realise "holy crap, I'm NOT a big boy :(" and you'll quietly lock the Clan thread, shed your clan tags, tear down the drawings of you and your modding buddies you drew and stuck on wall next to your bed, and crawl back to Jervan begging him to let you back into his thing.
