One state has a law (might be Vermont) that can take kids to court who encourage or harass other children on the internet, usually this is after a Self Delete or attempted Self Delete. Mostly happens to kids who get flamed and labeled 'gay' in myspace.

But I don't think Badspot could get a lawsuit from his family, because Badspot banned him for a breach of the rules.
