He just put a fake Site Suspended page up on his site. It's made in word and has this meta data.

As you can see a name "Jasper Houben" is revealed. Put it in Google.

The second link shows a guy advertising a geocities warez site. He's from the Netherlands. His email address, in 2001, was jasper.1@home.nl.
