I'd have to say no, really, I don't see that board really getting too much activity. I guess it falls under each person's definition of activity, though, but I see it having maybe a few new pages a day if only for the first week, then less after.

Facepunch Studios has a similar board called Creationism Corner which has a lot of different stuff... photos, stories, songs, drawings, games people have made etc. and it seems to work well for them, but we all know BL doesn't quite have 150,000 members like FP.

EDIT: Actually forget it, judging from other people's posts, an Art board would probably work. Just make sure that the board includes anything that someone could 'create' so that it could cover more areas than just a drawing/painting board which it seems you may have in mind.
