I have blue pills that are not viagra.  Pills come in all shapes, sizes, and colors.  Many are identical to one another.

But Viagra pills are small and blue - they even have the nickname "little blue pill". Unless his normal medication is shaped almost the same as viagra (which would be very irresponsible for a drugs manufacturer) then he really should have noticed.

me and friends managed to trick my other friend in thinking the viagra was a smartie and that he couldnt swallow without biting it or some stupid stuff like that. it was in the middle of school, so hilarious.

I fail to see how you can accidentally take a pill that is BLUE instead of your normal medication.

Actually, the medication I have to take and the Viagra pill is very similar but they do have some differences. Its a mini pill, with the drug name on it. Except mine is green. And it was dark, and I was tired :'(

Yes, when it is dark, you usually do lose most of your sight. I couldn't turn on the light coz my parents were sleeping and they yell at me if I wake them :'(
