I joineed the forum when I was 10 and it didn't ask me if I was 13 or w/e. The RTB forums did 'cause they use phpBB.

no canadians.
and most of all, anyone that uses the net to "meet" people for reasons other then online community.

Goatse stayed up on the website a lot longer than what I got banned for. You can be thankful for Badspot's vigilant moderation, as your infantile mind would be severely raped by what actually got removed.
