Is the server not going to be an open-to-the-public server? I thought everybody could join, but the clan members could kinda be like the, umm, the 'people' of the server, which get more respect than people who are not in that clan who are on the server.  See what I mean?

Kinda like the same way that USSR members get admin on their server.
