You know, when I was 7 and on the computer I typed as slow as you do. I stared at my keyboard, I ticked at a key at a time with my index finger, and every response took ages to come up with. However, I did not abbreviate. I never used words like 'u', 'r', and the rest. I completed my sentences to the best of my ability and now I type at 125 words per minute at my best. If you actually tried to crunch out a sentence, you'd be able to do the same.
And, to answer your question, yes. In the Pokemon mod, you could be a pokemon or a trainer. If you were a trainer you'd be able to chuck balls at people and attach their camera to your hip. After this, you'd be able to send them out at your own will. It was not a fun experience.
