There is a good reason for RTB having limits imposed... because idiots can't impose limits on themselves.


And yes, before someone points it out, I realize the irony of me bumping this.

I don't really like the idea of having those things included in RTB by default, however I will make these separate and provide them as downloads on the RTB system.

It could be a preference in the server options ingame to enable/disable PM and announce.

Impossible. He would be hacking the server at that point, not IGSO.
