They cause an error, but still work. I suppose I will update it so it doesn't, but I doubt people really care.

and i did allready tell you, how to fix that
i dont know why the decals need the server.cs file, but fact is they do
both server.cs files are empty, i think the game can't handle with empty files
thats why you get the error massages
check out how the other did it, in all there server.cs is written
//do nothing - print loading is handled automatically
i have found out, it's enoth to wright this
