Seems like a lot of work that could be avoided by putting the loving rules.txt elsewhere.

With 7zip you can open files, chainge, and save without extraction. Just open the .zip in 7zip and double click it to open/ right click and press open.

@Lance: No he has his own internet server and URL so he likes to host his own stuff. You only need to use one.
