It was not his intention to "steal it", he simply likes the DM and wishes to play it.
I have reminded him that Stealing, or borrowing builds is frowned upon and he will not do it again.

Would is be ok if he put who's DM it was in say the welcome message? (he knows how to use IGSO)?
Also, if you look at the screen shot he didn't claim it as his own, and he never has. just putting that out there.
