Whoa... That can't be from a simple add-on.
I believe that's a computer problem, you might want to check for virus'.
I don't really know what's could be causing that, but I don't think it has to do with my port.

It's the same as the original, nothing was changed during the port.
Just install the .zip to the Add-Ons folder, no extractions necessary, blah blah blah.
The grenade has been tested, and works perfectly in all modes.

This ISN'T his mod. It was made by either Ephi or TheGeek. I think, somebody correct me if I'm wrong. You handicapped 7 year old!

I've already ported this (although its pending release) and fixed a few issues with it including the low-fps explosion effects. It helps if you ask before you port people's stuff because you really create confusion between versions.
