How to make an atmosphere?

Hi!

I need some help in Milkshape to make an planet atmosphere, i mean an interior like ReactorWorkers solarsystem.

And yes i tryed to GeoSphere in MilkShape but it doesn't work, or i had last time worked with a big texture.
