V9 Shortcut worng

In V9 i added -mod editor the the end and it just had and error box saying this is not the correct path

Did you add it to the end of the Target line?

You click the end of what's already in the box so its not highlighted, the you add a space and type -mod editor.

It should look like:
Target:  ["(Path Of The File Goes Here)" -mod editor]
